Carbon Fiber Material Advantages
- Tensile strength: Approximately 10 times stronger than steel
- Elastic modulus: Higher than steel, outperforming aramid and glass fiber composites
- Fatigue strength: Superior to high-strength steel wire with fatigue limit 70-80% of static load strength
- Weight: Approximately one-fifth of steel
About Our Manufacturing
HUATAO has developed a unique process for manufacturing carbon fiber rubber rollers, maximizing the advantages of carbon fiber to achieve performance unattainable with traditional steel cores. Our products feature easy replacement, reliable use, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Carbon fiber manufacturing uses carbon-containing organic fibers (nylon, acrylic) as raw materials, strongly carbonized with plastics and resins to achieve a final chemical composition containing 90% carbon. The material offers high axial strength, high modulus, no degeneration, excellent fatigue resistance, and minimal thermal expansion.
Example Applications
