The blind hole press roll is covered with rubberAtomic or polyurethane on the roller surface with a hardness range of 70-90 shore.

Features 2mm diameter blind holes drilled 12-15mm deep into the rubber-coated surface. Capable of drilling dual rows of blind holes with varying varying depths.

With a 25%-30% opening rate, the blind hole roller's water capacity is approximately 5 times greater than grooved rollers, enabling superior press water accommodation.

The rubber/polyurethane surface coating minimizes felt wear while providing an expanded pressing area, enhancing linear pressure in the pressing zone.
